Seniors should have or will be receiving the Senior Info Sheet.  This sheet provides the Guidance Department with a variety of information.  The following information is gathered:

• Where a student's final transcript is to be sent
• Plans if not going on to a post-secondary institution next year
• A list of all schools a student has been accepted to
• Any non-scholarship, non-athletic awards, which may or may not be recognized at Senior Award Night
• All scholarships awarded whether the student has accepted the scholarship or not

We request that the form be turned in by May 4th.  Information provided after May 4th may not be able to be recognized at Awards Night or in the Graduation Program.

If a student turns the form in but needs to update their information an addendum is available.
